This bike stand was years in the making.  The design was taken from a Sam Maloof music stand for the base with my own design for the bike portion.  It was a nice break from the remodel and one I hope to turn into a line of designs.  With biking being an important part of the Steamboat life style these should have a place in homes where the bike is stored indoors or an office for the high end commuter.
