Bathroom #1

Here is what the original bathroom looked like.... the electrical and plumbing were scary....

 

This was the original plumbing.  The water lines were a mixture of black pipe, galvanized pipe, and copper tubing.  The galvanized pipes to the shower started leaking and when I touched them they broke in to two pieces.  Patched it up and started on the new bathroom as soon as I could.

This line had a constant drip but I was afraid to touch it.

 

Not exactly what you call pretty... or big...  Note the fancy sink support.

Cast iron tub was removed in multiple pieces via sledgehammer.

 

The new bathroom was put in the old living room.  The spiral staircase went where the white piece of plywood is laying.  The area in the back left corner is where the old wood stove was at but it had been removed before we bought the house.  The hardwood floors were all pulled up and recycled back to the new living/kitchen area.
